LOCAL Transexual Contacts System and Service

Having just engaged in a customer call to seek to
cancel my membership and earlier having tried to get an
answer via about the LOCAL Transexual Contacts system that continues to
randomly delete words from postings, my frustration level
is through the roof. <br><br>
Customer reps are not trained to think critically but only to regurgitate 'canned responses'.
<br><br>
My emails were ignored or I was told the problem was fixed,
only to discover that the system continues to drop words;
and then was told they have other technical issues that
are a higher priority. <br><br>
I'm wondering if others have had better experience?
